Somerset's Friend's Life t20 game against Hampshire Royals was called off an hour before the scheduled start due to torrential morning rain in Taunton. The umpires inspected at 1.30pm, shortly after the Hampshire team had arrived, and decided no play would be possible with the outfield saturated.
